Event: Book Launch

Join us at Hardrock CBD on Wednesday the 7th of October for the launch of Rockclimbing: The Australian Climbing Handbook. 

This book is a comprehensive guide to climbing in Australia, packed with practical advice on everything from planning and gear to safety, technique and looking after the environment.

Written by experienced instructors from the Australian School of Mountaineering, it draws on decades of climbing knowledge and experience. With hundreds of photos and illustrations, it’s a great resource for climbers of all levels, with plenty of insight into the history and culture of climbing along the way.

We are excited to be hosting a night as a part of the book's Melbourne launch! Those in attendance will have the opportunity to pick up one of the first copies of the book, meet the authors, participate in some exciting games, and win one of the many great prizes and giveaways up for grabs! There is no fee to join the night, just your regular gym entry fees.
