Physical Gift Cards

To purchase a physical (hard copy) Hardrock Gift Voucher, visit your nearest centre or alternatively contact us on 9894 4183 and we can arrange for one to be mailed to you.

How long is a Gift Card valid for

All of our Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.

How do I redeem my Gift Card

Your Gift Card (in electronic or hard copy format) must be presented to staff in venue in order to be redeemed.

To utilise your Gift Card to book online, select "Gift Voucher" option when booking. The gift card must also be presented to staff in venue on the day of the session.

What are the Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to Hardrock Climbing Gift Cards

Gift Cards are:

- Valid for use at Hardrock CBD and/or Hardrock Nunawading.

- Redeemable for goods and services equal in total to the cash value stated on the voucher. Any description of goods or services on the gift card are indicitive of pricing at the time of purchase and are subject to change. I.e. if the price of a product or service changes, the voucher will be valid for the cash value shown, not the example activity described.

- Valid for use for one or more purchases.

- Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

- Not redeemable for cash.

Multi Visit Passes (10 pass) are redeemable for entry only - Equipment hire is not included.
