Individuals
All individual participants must complete and agreement form prior to climbing at Hardrock.

Groups
When you book as a group, we require you to complete a group activity form, this saves you time and gets your group on the walls faster.

Teachers will need to fill out a School Attendance Sheet. To save time on the day, download it and fill it out beforehand.



Lead Climbing

If you are wishing to Lead Climb at Hardrock you will need to complete a Lead Climbing Assumption of Risk Form before being check off by a Senior Hardrock Instructor.

Please note that you will need a partner to climb and belay for you during the assessment.
