Hardrock's Adult Technique course is a fantastic course that introduces climbers to the fundamental techniques involved in rock climbing. Before you can climb hard you need to know how to climb properly. Increase your climbing level by simply improving your technique.

The course is run over two mornings on a weekend. The course includes; free gear hire, entry into the gym for the two days, a manual for you to keep, an experienced instructor and 20% discount on the purchase of harnesses, shoes and ropes in the gear shop (conditions apply). The course is run with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12, thereby guaranteeing personal coaching time.
